Shortly after, you'll embark on a private 2-hour flight to the pristine landscapes of Antarctica, setting the stage for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, please note the flight depature time is determined by the tour operator (Atlas) and we may fly at any time, Insider Expeditions will let you know as soon as we hear the departure time, times provided in this itinerary are indicative based on our experience.

8-9:00 AM - Kickstart your day with a leisurely breakfast, setting the tone for the upcoming expedition.

10:00 AM - Gather your excitement as you depart for the airport, gearing up for your 11:30 AM private flight to King George's Island, the gateway to Antarctica.

2:00 PM - Touch down on King George's Island, where your Antarctic odyssey officially begins. Capture the welcome moments on the Seventh Continent, followed by a stroll to the zodiacs for a scenic transfer to the ship.

3:00 PM - Begin your voyage with an embarkation process, checking in, and settling into your cabins, ensuring a comfortable start to your Antarctic sojourn.

5:00 PM - Immerse yourself in a Safety Drill, accompanied by the Welcome Sound Ceremony with Secular Sabbath, setting a tone of safety and celebration.

6:00 PM - Bid farewell to land and embrace the open sea with a Bon Voyage Celebration on the ship's deck, surrounded by the icy wonders of Antarctica.

7:00 PM - Engage in your first Wildlife Briefing, gaining insights into the incredible fauna that calls this region home, and receive a warm introduction to the Expedition Guides who will accompany you on this remarkable journey.

8:00 PM - Delight in a carefully curated dinner, a culinary celebration to round off an eventful day.

Awakening to the gentle sway of the ship in the crisp Antarctic morning, guests begin their day with a 60-minute full-body flow led by the inspiring Andrew Sealy. As the sun casts its first light over the icy landscape, participants embody the fluidity of water, energizing their spirits for the day ahead.

Following this invigorating session, a 45-minute introduction to Gestalt invites individuals to explore the depths of self-awareness, fostering personal growth in the breathtaking surroundings. The morning unfolds at a leisurely pace as guests enjoy breakfast at their own rhythm, savoring the moment.

With the day gaining momentum, participants embark on the first excursion, an immersive adventure that unfolds new landscapes and offers a unique perspective on the Antarctic beauty. A carefully crafted lunch allows for reflection and camaraderie, providing a moment of respite before the day's next exploration.

The afternoon sees the group delving into a second excursion, creating lasting memories and deepening connections with the awe-inspiring environment. As the sun begins to dip below the horizon, Expedition Guides take the stage to unravel the "Life of a Penguin," sharing captivating insights into the world of these resilient creatures.

The day's crescendo arrives with a VIP reception, where guests mingle with talented Artists, exchanging stories and basking in the creative energy that permeates the ship. A curated dinner experience follows, blending culinary artistry with the warmth of shared moments.

As the night unfolds, DIPLO takes the stage for a set, infusing the atmosphere with electrifying beats and marking the beginning of a night filled with music and celebration. The grand finale arrives at midnight with the Ambient Midnight experience, a serene culmination that invites guests to reflect, absorb, and embrace the tranquility of the Antarctic night.

Bathed in the soft hues of the Antarctic sunrise, a morning meditation session unfolds, guided by Andrew Sealy. The session seamlessly transitions into an energizing body flow, creating a harmonious connection between mind and body and setting a serene tone for the day.

For those seeking a deeper well-being experience, an optional Acro Yoga session introduces a delightful practice aligning both body and mind. This session ensures a smooth transition into the day's activities.

Fueling up for the day, participants gather for a delightful breakfast, setting the stage for the adventures ahead. The day unfolds with Excursion #3, inviting exploration of the breathtaking Antarctic landscape, followed by a leisurely lunch.

As the day progresses, Excursion #4 beckons, offering further opportunities for discovery in the vast Antarctic expanse. With the sun beginning its descent, the Expedition Guide team takes the stage, sharing captivating tales of Antarctic history and legendary expeditions.

As darkness envelops the Antarctic landscape, the night comes alive with Dr. Oliver Tree's Instrumental Set, infusing the air with captivating beats. The night sky becomes a canvas for the Ambient Sounds of Secular Sabbath, offering a perfect conclusion to a day filled with exploration, connection, and the enchantment of the Antarctic wilderness. Optional workshops and sessions throughout the day allow participants to tailor their experience, ensuring memories as unique as the surrounding landscape.

As the morning sun graces the Arctic expanse, a 90-minute "Rise and Shine Yoga" session, coupled with invigorating breathwork by Whitney Bell, invites participants to embrace the day's tranquility and energize their spirits.

Fueling the sense of exploration, the day unfolds with Excursion #5 at 10:00 AM, a captivating adventure into the Arctic wonders. A noon lunch provides a moment of reprieve before embarking on Excursion #6 at 2:00 PM, promising further immersion in the breathtaking Arctic landscape.

At 5:30 PM, the focus shifts to the conservation and governance of Antarctica, shedding light on the region's vital ecological significance. 

As night falls, the enchanting atmosphere continues with DIPLO Set #2, themed around wildlife, beginning at 9:30 PM. The night sky becomes a canvas for the Midnight Sounds and Stars with Secular Sabbath at midnight, providing a perfect culmination to a day marked by wellness, exploration, and advocacy in the Arctic wilderness.

"Get Up and Flow" with Andrew Sealy, a 90-minute session designed to invigorate the senses and embrace the serene Antarctic morning.

The day's adventures unfold with Excursion #7 at 10:00 AM, inviting participants to explore the wonders of Antarctica. A noon lunch provides a moment of respite, preparing guests for the exhilarating Polar Plunge at approximately 2:00 PM, hosted by Devon Lévesque.

As the day progresses, a sense of camaraderie deepens with the Farewell Antarctic cocktail reception at 6:00 PM, creating an atmosphere of celebration. A delectable dinner at 7:00 PM marks the culmination of the day's explorations.

The evening unfolds with Closing Sets, commencing at 8:30 PM and extending into the ethereal night. From 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM, participants can embrace embodied stillness and partake in Partnered Thai Massage, fostering connections and reflections.

As the clock strikes midnight, the Final Ambient Sets provide a serene conclusion to this extraordinary Antarctic journey, leaving participants with cherished memories of movement, celebration, and reflection in the heart of the pristine wilderness.

For the wellness inspired, join for an early yoga session, the last before we disembark, a reminder that then exact times are unable to be provided as we are guided by Captain and the weather, however we provide this as an indication and will provide daily briefings as our adventure unfolds.

Embarking on Disembarkation at approximately 9:00 AM (or before or after based on the weather and Captains recommendations), participants transition to zodiacs bound for King George Island. This marks the beginning of the journey back, with a flight to Punta Arenas, Chile, scheduled for the day at 11.00am (weather permitting of course)

Arriving in Punta Arenas, participants find themselves at the crossroads of exploration and relaxation. The afternoon offers free time for city exploration, shopping, and the option to indulge in spa time, creating a perfect blend of adventure and self-care.

At 6:00 PM, the group reconvenes for a Farewell Reception, setting the stage for an evening of reflection and shared memories. The Farewell Dinner becomes a culmination of Antarctic experiences, shared laughter, and newfound friendships.

This grand finale weaves together moments of self-discovery, adventure, and celebration, ensuring that the journey's echoes linger long after the Antarctic winds have whispered their goodbyes.

As dawn breaks over Punta Arenas, the proposed departure day signals the end of the programming and the beginning of farewells for many participants. With a mix of reflection and excitement, the morning unfolds with individual choices—some exploring the city's charm, others opting for serene moments in a spa or a leisurely stroll.

The air is charged with a blend of anticipation for future adventures and a touch of nostalgia for the unforgettable moments in Antarctica.

As individual departure time approaches, a sense of camaraderie accompanies you on your journey to the airport. En route, participants reflect on the landscapes, laughter, and connections formed during their Antarctic escapade. Please remember to organise your transfers and pack your memories.

At the airport, farewells become tangible. Hugs and promises to stay connected echo in the departure hall. The Antarctica Wellness Expedition bids a poignant farewell to Punta Arenas and Antarctica.
